This will be our last note on Tenable ($TENB). It's a perfectly good cybersecurity business with solid growth and solid cashflow margins. It's never going to set the world alight by itself - it would have done so already if this was the plan - and until it is acquired by a bigger friend, be that another company or a financial sponsor, there's nothing much to do with the stock. So, we bow out as of publication of this note.

We rate TENB at Hold in anticipation of a potential sale of the company - that's the most compelling reason to own the stock in my view.
