We Think Differently.

We provide independent, institution-grade, buyside research analysis.  Why buyside?  Because our work is written by investors, for investors.  We're a pureplay research business.  We don't sell securities, nor advise on capital raising, M&A, IPOs, or restructuring, we don't manage institutional money and we don't source capital for funds.  


Our 100% focus is investment research, paid for by our subscribers, not by sponsors or securities issuers.  This is why our work is different.

 

Being different extends to our team.  In an age of automation we don't need an army of graduate trainees.  Machines can do most of what an investment bank analyst class used to do.  Our work is produced by experienced investors from across the securities landscape.  


Our focus is the US equity market, but in order to understand equities you have to understand how they are driven by Federal Reserve actions, by the rates market, by the options market, and by the ebbs and flows of institutional accumulation and distribution.   With that in mind, we've built a team of experienced investors who understand how markets work and why.
