Synopsys, I think, will trade with the semiconductor sector in general. The chart looks rather like the $SOXX chart, which is to say the price is hovering over the levels struck at the end of 2021 and for now is holding up over those levels. If SOXX>185 and if SNPS>379 (currently $448) then in all likelihood there is a bullish future for the stock. If SNPS drops below its 2021 high then we’re probably already in a bear market and all long bets are off until support is found.
Other than that I don’t think there is a lot to be said. Company-specific issues aren’t driving this stock or most other stocks at the moment - general risk appetite is driving price. And for now, risk appetite is in retreat. We will see what happens at 3/21 March opex - that’s a possible catalyst of reversed sentiment. But that is still 100 years or 3 days away.
