Raytheon Q1 FY12/24 Earnings Review
I own Raytheon ($RTX) stock personally; it's been a great performer of late. As a house we called 'Accumulate' on the name between $68-88/share recently; the stock is now sat at $106, up 20% from the top of our Accumulation Zone and up 55% from the bottom of our Accumulation Zone. Not too shabby in a few short months (the stock also pays around a 2% forward yield, according to YCharts.com). This is great in my capacity as an RTX shareholder. In my capacity as a citizen of the free world? Not so much. Defense stocks on the rise usually mean something is brewing in the world.
Our job here is not to pontificate on such matters though. Our job is to watch the stock prices and have some ideas about what to do about them. And as regards RTX, below we lay out the fundamental financials, valuation metrics, our stock rating and price targets. Read on!
