Step By Step

Most all stocks and ETFs are in a tricky spot technically at the moment - all charts have that “could go up or down” look about them, which is helpful of course. On the positive side though, plenty of names are very close to key levels like 200- or 50-day moving averages, key local lows, etc, so that risk exposure can be measured day by day, step by step. If you are brave, foolhardy or have perfect future vision then you will feel free to pick a direction and go YOLO Long or YOLO Short in your names of choice. I choose not to do that. I choose life. Which means I choose step-by-step risk management.
In the case of CrowdStrike ($CRWD), this is what risk management looks like. You can open a full page version of this chart, here.
